About the Role

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, adapt product recommendations, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while achieving monthly goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin for communication with customers.
Preferred:
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
