About the Role

As a Benefits Representative, you will meet virtually or in person with association members to understand their needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions. You will educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations, using a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy. Ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning will be part of your responsibilities to continuously improve your performance.

Required:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional service and follow-through.
A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).
