About the Role
As a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the living environment, coordinating on-site activities, and assisting residents with life skills and cooperative living. You will also ensure adherence to program policies and maintain a drug and alcohol-free environment while being available for emergencies 24/7.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or LADC II/LADC Assistant certification, or 3 years of full-time experience working with families with substance use disorders/trauma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to community integration.
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire.
