About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating mental disorders, assess clinical statuses of patients, and work with the primary care team to manage chronic emotional and health problems. You will also provide psychoeducation, develop behavioral change plans, and monitor the behavioral health program while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Current state licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Two years of experience working as a Behavioral Health Therapist in a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of behavioral health and evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
