About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Tech I, you will be responsible for observing and intervening to keep patients safe, responding to maladaptive behaviors, and contributing to the formulation of a therapeutic milieu treatment plan. You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure the well-being of patients with psychiatric disorders.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Associate degree or higher in a human services field, e.g. psychology
- One-year clinical experience as a health care provider on a psychiatric unit
