About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you will work as a core member of a multi-disciplinary integrated care team, providing mental health risk assessment, evidence-based therapy, safety planning, and team consultation. You will engage in chronic health condition management, anticipatory guidance, and routine behavioral health screening, ensuring comprehensive care for children and families.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling or related field from an accredited program, plus 3000 hours post Master's experience, or PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited program.
- Social Worker, Clinical license, Marriage and Family Therapist license, Professional Counselor license, or Psychologist license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- 2 years post-licensure experience or 2 years of supervised experience working with children and families.
Preferred:
- Certification and/or experience in one or more evidence-based/informed therapeutic practices.
- Two years of experience in a pediatric mental health or medical setting, including integrated health or crisis response.
