About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data to monitor progress, and support families in executing individualized treatment plans. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication with clients and their families while engaging children through fun and innovative methods.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
