About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for conducting direct one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking and collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with a skilled team to promote positive behavioral change and skill acquisition. You will work with individuals between the ages of 2-21 years old and implement behavioral intervention programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Preferred:
- No experience required; a good attitude and the ability to learn are essential.
