Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their team in Lynwood, CA. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other special needs.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for delivering ABA therapy using research-based methods in various settings, including homes and schools. You will teach communication and social skills, collect and analyze data for decision-making, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to track progress.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Some college credits or current enrollment.
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
