About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing IEPs or treatment plans, conducting ongoing data collection, providing behavioral and physical interventions, monitoring client performance, and assisting clients with daily living activities.

About You

Required:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or Personal Care Aide.
Ability to implement evidence-based treatments such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Preferred:

Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings.
Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation.
