Summary

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your responsibilities will include teaching targeted behaviors, collecting and tracking data, communicating with parents and caregivers, and providing direct client care in various settings. You will also assist with parent training and ensure the safety of clients during sessions.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university AND one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
Preferred:
- An associate’s degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification.
