Summary

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, teach targeted behaviors, collect and track data, and assist with parent training. You will work in various settings including home, community, clinic, and school, ensuring the safety and progress of clients.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university AND one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
Preferred:
- An associate’s degree (60 college credits) AND a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification.
