About the Role
As a Behavior Support Professional (DRIVER), you will be responsible for transporting consumers to community settings, providing support and training for adults with disabilities, maintaining individual program plan goals, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all consumers. You will also implement behavioral intervention plans and maintain necessary records.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Clear driving record and valid CA driver's license with 2 years driving experience.
- Current CPI and First Aid, CPR, A.E.D. training.
Preferred:
- Specific experience with persons with behavioral issues and vocational training.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. by self and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
