Summary
Clarvida is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to join their team in Wilmington, DE. The role involves supporting adolescent students with various behavioral and emotional challenges to promote their development and transition back to their home school.
About the Role
As a Behavior Interventionist, you will engage with students facing behavioral misconduct, severe emotional disorders, and substance abuse issues. Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with these students and assist them in achieving their academic, career, personal, and social goals.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years or more experience working with at-risk youth
- Able to successfully pass background and criminal record checks, and comply with drug-free workplace rules
- Meets all mandated health requirements (negative tuberculosis test, etc.)
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
