About the Role
As a Before and After School Program Staff member, you will be responsible for implementing the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, and art activities, as well as assisting with homework completion. You will also communicate with parents, ensure adherence to state guidelines and policies, and may perform management functions such as attendance tracking and registration.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Medical clearance to perform job duties.
