About the Role
As a Before and After School Program Staff member, you will be responsible for facilitating hands-on activities that follow the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities. You will also provide a safe and fun environment, communicate with parents, and observe state guidelines and policies.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Medical clearance to perform job duties.
