About the Role
As a Group Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to NJ guidelines and Healthy Kids policies, directing engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Way Curriculum, and serving as a role model for children. You will assist the Site Director with management tasks, maintain communication with parents, and collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Child Development or Child Development Certificate.
- Six college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or related fields.
Preferred:
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
