Summary
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Before and After School Multi-Site Director to oversee multiple program locations in Wappingers Falls and Arlington School Districts. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
About the Role
As a Multi-Site Director, you will guide compliance with OCFS guidelines, manage engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, oversee essential management tasks, maintain communication with parents, and collaborate with staff to address challenges and achieve program goals.
About You
Required:
- Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
- An Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
- A New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential, and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
- A School-Age Child Care Credential or another recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and two years of direct experience working with children under 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred:
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
