About the Role
As a Before and After Care School Age Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM activities, and academic support. You will create a safe and engaging environment for children, communicate with parents through the Playground App, and adhere to state guidelines and program policies. Some positions may also involve management tasks such as maintaining attendance records and registration.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Medical clearance to perform job duties.
