About the Role
As a BCBA Clinical Director, you will be responsible for developing clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supporting and supervising BCBAs and RBTs, partnering with families to align on goals, and championing evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment. You will also focus on maintaining manageable caseloads and promoting a compassionate care approach.
About You
Required:
- BCBA certification and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices.
