About the Role
As a BCBA Clinical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and training clinical staff, managing client assessments and treatment planning, and maintaining communication with families and stakeholders. You will also support organizational growth and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience in ABA treatment planning, supervision, and clinical leadership.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
