About the Role
As a Batch & Furnace Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling Batch & Furnace equipment performance using Wonderware controls, leading diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts, collaborating with production teams, overseeing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will also maintain detailed records of equipment performance and contribute to a safe working environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification, or associate degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a lead mechanic or electrician in an industrial setting, with a focus on Batch & Furnace operations.
- Proficiency in using Wonderware or similar control systems for equipment monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, particularly in high-temperature environments.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
