About the Role
As a Banking Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate professional relationships with customers, utilize assessment tools to understand their needs, open and service deposit accounts, originate consumer loans, and engage in community involvement activities. You will also participate in team meetings, process transactions accurately, resolve client concerns, and model exceptional customer service standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year retail customer service and/or sales experience required.
- Knowledge of business and consumer products required.
- NMLS required.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of, experience with and ability to explain bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, banking cards, etc.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and financial targets.
- Experience in a leadership and/or coaching role strongly preferred.
