About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with disabilities and mental illness in their daily activities, including medication administration, personal hygiene, and community engagement. You will work overnight shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am on a rotating schedule, providing compassionate care and support to enhance their quality of life.
About You
Required:
- Compassionate and reliable with a passion for caring for others.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or support roles.
- Knowledge of mental health and disability services.
