About the Role
As an Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians and Guest Care Specialists. Your duties will include coaching and developing teammates, achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets Monro's standards for cleanliness and guest readiness. You will also handle recruiting, hiring, and training of staff, while promoting products and services to guests.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage financial results while controlling costs.
- Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teammates and guests.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts and percentages.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
