Five Star Ford is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to join their growing service team in Aberdeen, WA. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As an Experienced Service Technician, you will perform work specified on repair orders efficiently, test-drive vehicles, diagnose and repair automotive systems, and communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed. You will work in a stable, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base and steady workflow.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of Service Technician experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ford or CDJR Experience.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Previous Experience At a Ford Dealership.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
