Summary
BMW of San Diego is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to lead their high-volume, fast-paced luxury dealership service department.
About the Role
As the Automotive Service Director, you will be responsible for running an efficient and profitable service department, maximizing production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, and maintaining good employee relationships. You will set and achieve sales and profit objectives while ensuring excellent service records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with service and parts teams.
About You
Required:
- 5 or more years of Automotive Retail Management experience.
- Proven coaching, training, and motivational skills.
- High level of commitment to leadership and managing effective teams.
- Detail-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience in a large retail dealership.
- BMW or luxury dealership experience.
