About the Role
As an Automotive Engineering Manager, you will lead development and design projects, perform cost estimating and sales feasibility, manage tooling and fixture design, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for managing tool room employees, troubleshooting processes, and developing new technical ideas while considering customer needs and market trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college, university, or technical school.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD viewing software.
- Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in injection molding processes.
- Knowledge of tooling validation and mold flow analysis.
- Familiarity with OSHA/IOSHA safety standards.
