About the Role
As an Automotive Body Repair Tech, you will be responsible for reviewing damage reports, preparing repair cost estimates, and planning work to be performed. Your daily tasks will include sanding body areas, fitting and welding replacement parts, priming and painting repaired surfaces, and aligning damaged components. You will also be involved in filling dents, removing upholstery, and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of formal training program in automotive body repair or refinishing with at least 2 years related experience.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service orientation, critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
