- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sound mechanical aptitude.
- General understanding of work order management processes.
- Ability to understand and apply instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram formats.
- Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Self-motivated and customer centric.
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work a third shift schedule.
- Experience with automated equipment or automated manufacturing lines.
- Knowledge of and compliance with cGMP’s (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Ability to work positively and professionally with others.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
