About You
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant claims experience
- Appropriate claims adjuster licenses
- Ability to recognize questionable coverage/contract situations requiring supervisory involvement
- Thorough understanding and use of basic policy/contract coverages
- Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle multiple claims work systems
- Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring VISA sponsorship now or in the future
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience handling commercial claims
- Experience handling non-total loss claims for commercial and personal lines customers
