About the Role
About You
- Ability to obtain and maintain state specific property and casualty claims licensing as required.
- Previous experience working with Auto Liability Claims strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of each phase of the claim handling process.
- Demonstrated experience handling moderately complex claims.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of policies and endorsements related to casualty coverages.
- Demonstrated experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims across operating territories.
- Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
