About the Role
As an Authorization Representative, you will act as a liaison between the referring provider/facility, registration, clinic support, and intake teams to ensure timely and accurate authorization of care. You will utilize your knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization requirements to ensure appointments are authorized appropriately.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of medical office reception, call center, or back office experience.
Preferred:
- AA in Healthcare related field or Certification in Medical Office Assistant or Medical Assistant.
