About the Role
As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion. Your daily tasks will include applying and interpreting GAAP, supervising and mentoring junior team members, and developing a solid understanding of each client’s business operations. You will also gather information, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
About You
Required:
- 2–4 years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred).
- Willingness to travel primarily within the Phoenix metro area.
- Strong commitment to client service and professional integrity.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
