As an Associate SOC Analyst, you will assist customers with security product support, respond to inquiries, and help secure their web applications. Your responsibilities include managing customer interactions, delivering exceptional support for security concerns, and contributing to scalable organizational processes. You will work with a team to address security threats and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong interest in information security and application security.
- Working knowledge of core internet technologies like DNS, HTTP, and TLS.
- Some experience with command line Linux server environments.
- Understanding of the OSI model.
- Experience in IT or security operations, technical support, or research-related roles.
Preferred:
- Troubleshooting experience with WAF products and their host environments.
- Scripting ability in popular coding/scripting languages.
- Desire to contribute to organizational processes and policies.
