As an Associate Implementation Support Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to define business objectives, customize solutions, provide technical support, manage projects, and ensure post-implementation support. You will also analyze operational data for continuous improvement and maintain strong client relationships.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical and operational settings.
- Understanding of HL7 interfaces and experience in implementing HL7-based interoperability solutions.
Preferred:
- Prior clinical experience in Healthcare Informatics.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows.
