About the Role
As the Associate Director, Supplier Management & Innovation, you will oversee the development of supplier management policies, spearhead innovative frameworks for supplier interactions, collaborate with category managers on portfolio strategies, and facilitate supplier workshops. You will drive performance improvement initiatives and provide strategic leadership to the Supplier Management & Innovation team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field desired.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain or related business function.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing senior internal business and functional leaders.
- Proven expertise in category management and detailed understanding of supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is required.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree is preferred.
