About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will conduct extensive legal research, draft and negotiate contracts, represent clients in court, and develop legal strategies. You will collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality services and advise clients on their rights and obligations while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on legal research.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
