Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Associate - HSE, Global Manufacturing to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves providing technical expertise and support for Air environmental compliance and performance across global manufacturing sites.
About the Role
As an Associate in the Global Manufacturing HSE team, you will support manufacturing sites in managing their Air Environmental programs and compliance obligations. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing environmental control strategies, assisting in securing Air permits, promoting best practices for compliance, and conducting assessments to identify program gaps. You will also mentor environmental and engineering functions and maintain tools for effective Air program management.
About You
Required:
- BS in Engineering, Science, Environmental Management, Natural Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an environmental Air permitting and compliance role.
Preferred:
- Significant experience with Title V, PSD, Nonattainment NSR, NESHAP, and NSPS Air regulations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a corporate role across a complex manufacturing organization.
- Experience with international environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated project management/planning capability.
- Demonstrated mentoring skills.
- Environmental auditing experience and excellent technical writing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex technical subjects in an understandable manner.
