Summary
Partners Group is seeking an Associate (INFRA Partnership Investments) to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves supporting the Private Infrastructure investment team in all aspects of private infrastructure investments.
About the Role
As an Associate, you will lead quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective private infrastructure investments, manage sophisticated financial models, prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, and monitor infrastructure investments while managing relationships with infrastructure managers in the Americas. The role includes regular travel within North America and various tasks related to product reporting, market research, and internal requests.
About You
Required:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in principal investing or investment banking.
- Excellent analytical, financial, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead transactions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Superior organizational competence.
- Excellent teamwork skills and comfort with non-personal communications.
- Self-driven and self-motivated.
- Top academic credentials with coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Preferred:
- MBA or CFA.
- Experience in monitoring investments and managing relationships with investment partners.
