Summary
Maples Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Structured Finance to join their team in Delaware. The role involves providing administrative assistance to Client Service Professionals and ensuring high levels of client service while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
About the Role
As an Assistant Vice President, you will assist with new business pitch calls, process new business inquiries, analyze proposed structures, review transaction documents, and coordinate client acceptance processes. You will establish relationships with various stakeholders, assist CSPs in achieving performance targets, manage a portfolio of fiduciary mandates, and ensure accurate database maintenance and timely invoicing.
About You
Required:
- University graduate with an excellent academic background.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant fiduciary services experience.
- Understanding of investment funds and structured finance transactions.
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing transaction documents.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and under pressure.

- Demonstrated strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
