Volkswagen of South Charlotte is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves assisting the Service Manager, enhancing customer satisfaction, and overseeing service operations.
About the Role
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to assess their vehicle service needs, maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring vehicle progress, and ensuring quality control. You will also oversee technicians, manage parts ordering, and participate in developing standard operating procedures.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer and employee service skills.
Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
Automotive service advisor experience.
Preferred:
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
