- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), project management, business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in construction, engineering, or renewable energy industries.
- Exposure to solar PV, BESS, or wind power projects.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a client-facing, project management and/or consulting role.
