About the Role
As an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education, you will be responsible for teaching face-to-face undergraduate courses for elementary, middle grades, and secondary mathematics teacher programs, as well as online graduate courses in support of the MA in Mathematics. You will engage in scholarly activity, teaching, and service, contributing to the academic community and supporting students in their educational journeys.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree or equivalent in mathematics.
- Doctorate in mathematics education.
- Strong mathematics background with evidence of a research agenda in mathematics education.
- Experience in both face-to-face and online teaching strategies.
Preferred:
- K-12 teaching experience.
