About the Role
As the Assistant General Counsel, you will assist in all aspects of the Legal Department's activities, providing research, advice, and legal assistance to the General Counsel and senior-level lawyers. You will also counsel management and coordinate with outside legal counsel as needed.
About You
Required:
- Law degree and a license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
- Four years of legal experience in health care law and regulations.
- Experience in health care, health insurance, and managed care.
- High level of analytical ability to resolve complex problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, diplomatic, research, and writing skills.
