About the Role
As an Assistant Electrical Superintendent, you will lead and manage energy storage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with construction professionals, conducting site inspections, monitoring subcontractor activities, mentoring junior employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations governing energy storage work.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred:
- Direct relevant industry experience NFPA 70e 'Qualified Person'.
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
