- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, communications or related experience.
- Proficient with donor databases, reporting tools, and digital engagement platforms.
- Demonstrating success in designing and executing donor strategies that result in multi-year commitments.
- Two years of experience at an academic institution.
