About the Role

As an Assistant Clinic Manager - Dental, you will support the clinic manager in directing patient flow, maintaining quality control, and supervising staff. Your responsibilities will include training new hires, managing staff schedules, assisting in audits, and ensuring optimal customer service. You will also handle building security and financial collections, and cover staff positions as needed.

About You

Required:

Bilingual English/Spanish
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum five years' experience in a medical setting
Registered Dental Assistant Certificate
Current CPR certification
Minimum one year supervisory or lead experience
Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Experience/familiarity with Practice Management and Electronic Dental Records systems, NextGen preferred
