About the Role
As the Assistant Chief of Information Technology, you will report to the Deputy Chief of Administration & Support Bureau and be responsible for managing IT services across OCFA Headquarters, 78 fire stations, and the Emergency Command Center. You will establish strategic goals, develop department policies, manage budgets, and advise on IT governance, system integration, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will represent the Authority in meetings with elected officials and make presentations to the Board of Directors.
About You
Required:
- Extensive experience in Information Technology management.
- Proven leadership skills in a large organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in public safety or emergency services IT.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
