Summary
Inside Higher Ed is seeking an Assistant/Senior Assistant Director for Regional Enrollment to join their dynamic Admission team, primarily responsible for recruiting in the Mid-Atlantic region.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a geographic student recruitment territory, conduct recruitment visits to schools, maintain relationships with counselors, and leverage data to monitor enrollment trends. You will correspond with students and families, coordinate recruitment events, conduct application reviews, and assist with project development and evaluation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (by hire date) and two years of experience; or a Master's Degree for Assistant Director.
- Bachelor's Degree (by hire date) and three years of experience; or a Master's Degree and one year of experience for Senior Assistant Director.
- Experience in recruitment and territory management, or similar experience in counseling, sales, marketing, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience that includes progressively responsible duties.
- Experience in admission.
- Preference for applicants living in or willing to relocate to the Greater DC area.
